UC Irvine — Office of Information Technology
- —Watch system and network logs for campus infrastructure serving 36,000+ students, faculty, and staff; flag anomalies and escalate incidents to the on-call team following documented procedure.
- —Built the team's operational logging system in Microsoft Forms and Excel, tracking anomalies, events, preventative maintenance, and closeouts in one master log.
- —Set up filtered views with FILTER, CHOOSECOLS, and HSTACK so the team can pull the slice they need without touching the source data.
- —Rewriting documentation for the OIT POM team: checking training material against how the work is actually done and replacing the pages that are out of date.
