Hi, I'm Benjamin.

I'm a computer science student at UC Irvine. The best part is when the thing I sketched actually works the way I drew it. Getting there means settling the schema, handling what breaks, and getting a deploy to stick, but the moment it runs on its own is why I start anything.

My dad once spent months labeling faces in our family photos so he could find them later. It barely worked. Years after that, I built him a server that can find a photo by description instead. Most of what I make starts like that. Something that should be easier than it is. Course registration is the same. It takes more time than picking classes ever should, so I built a scheduler.

I'm looking for software engineering and ML internships where I can own a problem end to end and work with people who are better at this than I am.
